From June through September: check-in /check-out is Sat-Sat only and the minimum stay is 7 nights unless otherwise agreed. Most other dates are 4 nights minimum stay. Please ask if your requirements are different to the above as we will try to accommodate you if possible.

De juin à septembre, les arrivées et les départs se font uniquement du samedi au samedi. Le séjour minimum pendant ces mois est de 7 nuits, sauf indication contraire. Le séjour minimum pendant les autres mois est de 3 nuits.

30% deposit required at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
